Our original concept was a high-quality pizzeria that also offered bottled beer, wine, and spirits in a small retail section of the restaurant. While this wasn’t necessarily a false-step, we thought there was a more unique way to provide our patrons with the delicious beer we know and love. Thus, the Growler Bar was born. With a state-of-the-art filling system, we are able to offer fully pressurized sixty-four ounce growlers of a selection of twelve of our twenty-four craft drafts. The key difference between a growler filled at a bar without such a piece of equipment and one filled at our Growler Bar is the CO2 that we pump in throughout the filling process keeps the beer fresher, longer!
